What is Coaching?

Coaching is all about unlocking the potential of people in your workplace so that they are able to maximise their effectiveness when working. It is crucial to remember that coaching is about helping and mentoring people to learn and develop themselves, it is not about forcing them!

Coaching requires a lot of time and energy in others in order to reap a more productive and effective team of people. It can at times be challenging for both the coach and the person being coached but anyone can learn it just by taking one step at a time.
